I’m mainly here to chase a payment receipt but I’ll list all the issues I’ve encountered.
Can’t sign up with my 365 work email. After many attempts, only 1 came through to junk but realised that was a silly idea considering my gmail worked first time.
Didn’t get any emails upon payment and can’t find where to download invoices/receipts from Stripe.
Your official support email instantly bounces with “Address not found”
So I sent an email to the reply-to email when I originally signed up, which I just noticed I got an automated “Thanks for getting in touch!” So maybe you’ll see that!? Sorry for not waiting a day or 2, but I’m getting desperate!
If you could please send me a payment receipt as soon as you can, that would be great.
Firstly, I’ve sent you through your initial invoice and am investigating why that didn’t come through automatically.
In regards to accessing invoices in the future, the Stripe Customer Portal can now be accessed from your Account page and this will contain all past invoices as well as options to update your payment card and manage your subscription!

The big thing I discovered in the last few days is the Mapbox billing. Based on half a month’s usage we’d be up for 220k Temporary Geocoding API requests minimum using an address for everything. So I’ve quickly changed over to lat/lng which hopefully solves this. Also a very nice uptick in speed as well.
